CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

Because I believe in the quality of my work that is made by my hands,

I do not accept cancellations because the buyer simply changes their mind about the purchase. 

I also do not accept exchanges. 

But please contact me, if you have a problem with your order.

RETURN 

Returns are allowed within 3 days after the receipt of your order under the following conditions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.

The item must be in the New Original Condition (BRAND NEW) and not damaged in any way. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items must be returned in the same box it was delivered in.

REFUNDS

Once the item has been received and inspected per conditions listed in step above,

a credit will be made to your account via the same method by which you paid. 

Allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show back into your account.

SHIPPING

Depending on the season, all items are shipped within 10 days or sooner. 

You will be notified when the item has been shipped.
